A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mary has studied herbs and natural health for over 15 years.  Her interest in alternative medicine began when she sought help to improve her own health concerns.  With a passion, Mary's knowledge grew and soon she was helping family, friends and clients improve and maintain their well-being.

Mary offers personal nutritional consultations and nutritional counseling.  She evaluates a client's needs through the holistic testing method of Kinesiology.

A member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants and the American Herbalists Guild, Mary received her Master Herbalist and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees from the Trinity School of Natural Health, located in Winona Lake, Indiana.  She has attended and completed various training seminars including:
